• Identify the rule that multiplication and division of algebraic expressions do not require finding a lowest common denominator. • Multiply an algebraic expression by the inverse of a fraction to simplify it when dividing by a fraction. • Cancel like terms in an algebraic expression after multiplying by the inverse of a fraction.
