Cost & Selling Price

Learners will be able to:

- Determine the cost price of an item by adding up the total amount it costs to make or provide a service. - Calculate the cost per unit of an ingredient by dividing its total cost by its quantity and then multiplying by the required amount. - Convert units of measurement (e.g. kilograms to grams, liters to milliliters) to ensure accurate calculations. - Add up multiple amounts to find the total cost price of an item or service. - Calculate a selling price that includes a specified markup percentage above the cost price. - Determine the minimum selling price required to make a certain profit margin on each unit sold.
