Metric Weights

Learners will be able to:

- Identify the metric units of weight and their relationships (milligrams, grams, kilograms, tons). - Multiply a number in grams by 1,000 to convert it to milligrams. - Divide a number in kilograms or tons by 1,000 to convert it to grams or milligrams. - Use division to convert a number from kilograms or tons to milligrams. - Apply the conversion factors (1,000) to calculate equivalent weights in different units.
