Types of Bar Graphs

Learners will be able to:

- Identify the different types of bar graphs, including vertical and horizontal bar graphs. - Describe the characteristics of a bar graph, such as having both a horizontal axis and a vertical axis, and gaps between bars. - Draw a vertical bar graph by labeling the axes and placing bars according to frequency data. - Draw a horizontal bar graph by labeling the axes and placing bars according to frequency data. - Determine the mode from a bar graph by identifying the level that comes up most frequently. - Calculate the range in levels from a bar graph by subtracting the lowest level from the highest level.
