Learners will be able to:

• Revise the concept of a company & compare the differences between private & public companies. • Revise the eight important ledger accounts for companies - specifically the Appropriation Account. • Look at the format of an Income Statement and Balance Sheet of a company. • Finally, we revise GAAP principles.
