• Identify vectors as quantities that have both magnitude and direction. • Describe the importance of direction in vector calculations. • Calculate net force by adding horizontal and vertical components of forces. • Apply positive and negative directions to represent forces and velocities. • Interpret the signs of vectors in calculations, including velocity and displacement.
