Learners will be able to:

• Identify the characteristics of reversible reactions in industry. • Explain how equilibrium works in a system undergoing dynamic equilibrium. • Describe the effects of temperature on the forward and reverse reactions in a reversible reaction. • Apply La Chatelier's principle to predict the direction of shift in a system when conditions such as temperature, pressure, or concentration are changed. • Identify the effect of added pressure on the equilibrium of a reaction with different moles of gas.
